Furtados School of Music (FSM) was founded in 2011, and is a subsidiary of the 150 year-old Furtados musical instruments retail brand. FSM’s vision is to make quality music education accessible to children and adults, making the entire learning process fun-filled, joyous and memorable. Today, FSM serves more than 150,000 students through its centres and school programs across the country, and it aims to expand rapidly.

A2Q has piloted multiple professional learning communities (PLC) and instructional coaching (IC) teams at FSM, and will continue to expand the PLCs and ICs across all centres and schools till these practices are institutionalized throughout the country.
